The Bellaire Exchange Club is a group men and women who are business and professional leaders working together to improve the quality of life in the Bellaire area of Houston, Texas. This chapter is a member of The National Exchange Club, one of the nation’s most established service organizations with over 900 clubs and 32,000 members throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
